Screen Printing
We create a stencil or "screen" and use it to apply layers of ink directly onto the fabric surface.
Advantages
- Unmatched Durability
- Exceptional Vibrancy and Opacity
- Cost-Effective for Bulk Orders
Considerations
Prices are determined by the number of colors in your artwork. If your design has six colors, we create six separate screens and set up a six-step printing process.
Embroidery
A computerized machine stitches colored threads directly into the fabric for a textured, 3D design.
Advantages
- High Perceived Value and Professionalism
- Maximum Durability
- Excellent Vector/Text Reproduction
Considerations
In embroidery, the size and stitch count dictate the price. Embroidery works best with heavier, less-stretchy fabrics.
Heat Press
A specialized printer applies inks onto a transfer sheet, which is heat pressed onto the garment.
Advantages
- Zero Setup or Color Limitations
- Extreme Fabric Versatility
- Crisp Details and Sharp Edges
Considerations
A high-quality DTF transfer can survive 30 to 50 washes if laundered gently (inside out, cold water, hang dry recommended)
