To help us most closely match your brand's colors in screen print ink or embroidery thread, keep these guidelines in mind:
Specify Exact PMS Numbers
Provide specific Pantone Matching System numbers (e.g., PMS 7406 C). Avoid descriptive names like "school bus yellow."
Use Coated (C) Values
Clarify whether your brand uses coated or uncoated values. Coated (C) is highly preferred for screen printing.
Share Your Brand Style Guide
Send over your official brand guidelines so we can accurately match both your primary and secondary color palettes.
Approve Your Pre-Production Sample
We always create a printed sample garment for your final approval before kicking off the full production run.
Keep Fabric Limitations in Mind
Exact matches aren't always physically achievable on fabric—especially with fluorescent or metallic Pantones. If a color is going to be difficult to replicate, we will let you know right away.
Find Pantone Colors
